Founding Account Executive

USD 90,000–160,000 base + commission (OTE)

Own the full sales cycle for a compliance automation platform that pairs SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS automation with breach-and-attack simulation and attack-surface management — at roughly half the cost of legacy tools.

What you'll do

  • Run the full cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate and close mid-market and SMB deals.
  • Sell the differentiated wedge: compliance + breach simulation + attack surface in one platform.
  • Partner with founders on pricing, packaging and the early sales playbook.
  • Keep a clean pipeline and accurate forecast in the CRM.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years closing B2B SaaS, ideally in security, compliance or developer tooling.
  • Track record of hitting quota and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Comfort selling to security, GRC and engineering buyers.
  • Based in the US or Canada and able to work those time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / PCI-DSS tooling.
  • Early-stage / founding sales experience.
